We provide insurance analysis (excluding P & C insurance) and plan design for efficient and affective use of capital with full disclosure and transparency.
Analysis is performed with a methodology that scrubs policy information or illustrated proposals through a process of reverse engineering that brings all hidden costs and assumptive associations to light. This process provides a true "unbundled" picture of past and anticipated policy performance.
Assigning comparative variables to both sides of policy assumptions (cost and capital) allows for a clearly defined risk exposure to tolerance in premium design, as well as prudent economics necessary for policy continuation.
To be most effective, we seperate the Planning Strategy from the Product so that each may be subject to the scrutiny as a stand-alone proposition. Too often, a strategy is conceived to sell a product, the client buys the strategy, and the focus is not where it should be (product).
We present our analysis, scenario development, planning strategies, and policy design concepts on a stated fee engagement relationship. Product implementation and policy facilitation is also provided as a service to our clients, should they so choose.
We never address a project with a biased conclusion, but search the policy components for undisclosed data to see what economic and actuarial basis may exist to support the company's statement of function. Analysis of existing policies is approached with the intent of determining if those policies are performing to the original design and objective.
If they are, are they still cost and capital efficient?
If they are not, what needs to be done to correct the inadequacies?
Is there a more desirable option?
Our services are provided under a retainer arrangement. All work is facilitated on a "Per-Project" fee-basis with a detailed description of activity provided by the Consultant.
